Soak oyster mushroom and beans at least 5 hours, cook sorghum and beans in rice cooker. Roast walnuts, fry mushrooms with garlic in olive oil, add salt, turmeric and pepper.
Soak beans in at least 5 hours and cook with millets in rice cooker. Roast pine nuts. Fry mushrooms, peas with garlic, ginger in olive oil.
Boil okra 1min. and bracken fern noodle 8min.. Soak Gouqi berries. Roast walnuts.
Dressing: apple vinegar with olive oil, fresh chopped ginger & garlic, pepper.
Soak black beans in 3 hours and cook in rice cooker with salt. Roast pine nuts. Fry mushroom in medium heat with garlic, turmeric, olive oil, anise; add green peas. Cut fresh milk date to add.
