Welcome to the kitchen
Frog had never been good at or interested in cooking before. She thought cooking was a massive infinite multiplication of nonsensical cross puzzles. One day out of the blue Frog decided to cook, just like she decided to be a vegetarian, it was also out of the blue (epiphany). She steamed a bunch of broccoli and then poured heated oil with garlic on top.It tasted so good but it looked even better, that made a lot of sense for Frog, because she loves colors and also because Frog learns about foods by their colors, it is the way she knows best when it comes to cooking. For example, she learned that red color in food is good for the heart and white is good for the lungs.
Frog has also found out a simple useful way to cook for herself, she calls it 3 and 7 cooking.3 is magic for Frog. In Daoism 一 one means Taiji, the very beginning, 二 two means Yin and Yang, the force, 三 three means the birth of everything. 七 seven means change in Daosim, which Frog believes it’s important to keep an eye on.
Frog’s food principles
一. Eat by seasons and locations. Seasonal vegetables provide natural nutrients body needs in different seasons. Try to adapt the food from the environment and climate we live in.
二. Eat by colors. Nutrients in food are typically presented in color.
三. Eat by Yin Yang. The energy levels and nutrition characteristics in food help the body to regulate its needs.
Frog’s shopping principles
一. Buy local and try to avoid imported food from across continents.
二. Buy unpacked unwrapped vegetables.
三. Worry if you have bought too much, don’t if you have bought too little.
