Broccoli is rich of vitamin C, K potassium and iron. It’s known for it’s antioxidants like sulforaphane, indole-3-carbinol,quercertin and kaempferol.
Fresh Kale 羽衣甘蓝 yu yi gan lan
Cruciferous vegetables (cabbages) has a unique plant compound called isothiocyanates. Studies suggest that isothiocyanates affect liver enzymes, reduce oxidative stress, decrease inflammation, stimulate immune system. It has a beautiful Chinese name: feathery coat kale.

Kale 乌塌菜 wu ta cai
Kale is very rich in vitamin K, A, C; calcium, potassium, manganese, B vitamins which are excellent source for healthy cells, heart and blood vessels.
Cabbage 甘蓝 gan lan
Cabbage is a low-calorie, nearly fat-free food that is a good source of potassium, folate, and vitamin K which are good for cardiovascular, eye vision, tendons and cell reparation.
Savoy cabbage 皱叶甘蓝 zhou ye gan lan
Like all cabbage family members, savoy is rich in vitamin K, C, B6, Calcium, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Potassium, Sodium.These properties benefit brain, gum and teeth, eyes and cells.
